We deliver within Australia only, from our fulfilment partner in Melbourne. All dispatch and delivery times shown on our site and at checkout, including Express, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control, including courier, Australia Post or StarTrack delays, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, peak sale periods, supplier stock delays and incorrect or incomplete address details. We are not responsible for delays caused by these events, but we will keep you updated and help track your parcel. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery.
