What we collect: name, email, phone, delivery address, order history, and device and cookie data. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

Why: to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and, only if you opt in, send marketing.

Who we share with: our Melbourne fulfilment partner (name, address, phone and items, to ship your order), our payment provider, Wix (our site host), our email platform and couriers. We never sell your data.

Your purchases are private. Staff access is limited to order handling, and our emails use discreet subject lines.

Some of our providers may store data outside Australia.

Your rights: you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at info@californiasinn.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Marketing: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies: we use cookies for your cart, to remember your age confirmation and for analytics. You can manage them through the cookie banner.
