Shipping & Discretion

Plain on the outside. Every order leaves our Melbourne warehouse in an unmarked box or satchel. No product names, no logos, nothing adult on the label.

Quiet on your statement. Charges appear as CALIFORNIA SINN.

Fast. Orders usually dispatch within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping takes 2-6 business days, or choose Express via StarTrack (1-3 business days). All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, like courier delays, weather and public holidays.

Free shipping Australia-wide. Standard discreet shipping is free on every order. Need it sooner? Express via StarTrack is $10. Bulky items like full-size dolls may take longer to arrive.

We ship within Australia only for now.
