Returns & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons we can't take back intimate products once opened or unsealed. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in their original sealed packaging. You pay return postage; refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Faulty or damaged? That's on us. Email hello@californiasinn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll repair, replace or refund, and cover return postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Lingerie: unworn, tags attached, hygiene liner intact, within 14 days.
Not a fault: damage from misuse, silicone lube on silicone toys, water damage on non-waterproof items, normal wear.
Please don't send anything back without a return number - email us first.
